We ship from Sydney, Australia.

Our standard delivery time for Australia is 2-4 business days. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
We ship using Australia Post.

International orders are sent via airmail and can take anywhere from 5-12 business days. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. We ship using Australia Post. Chuckles & Caz is not responsible for any costs incurred due to your own countries duty or import costs.
We ship using regular post, for the most economical postage. Unfortunately this offers no tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. If you would like to include any of these options or would like your order faster,

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time of delivery please email us, at hello@chucklesandcaz.com.au with your order number in the subject line and we will find out where they are.
 
RETURN POLICY
We value our customers and our aim is to provide you with high quality products that you are satisfied with. We check each product before it leaves us, to help eliminate the probability of faulty items.

Where a physical item is deemed faulty, we require it to be sent back to us and we will gladly refund the purchase price including postage fees.
Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital items/downloads, all sales are final. If for any reason you are unhappy with your download, please contact us and we will do the best we can to make it right.
